The First Sustainable Cooking Culinary Competition
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
CULINARY ARTS INSTITUTE (CAI) at VARNA UNIVERSITY OF MANAGEMENT (the former International University College, Dobrich) is pleased to invite you to participate in The First Sustainable Cooking Culinary Competition – Bulgaria FOR PROFESSIONALS AND BEGINNERS, which will be held on December 4, 2015
TWO CATEGORIES – beginners and advanced participants
BLACK BOX
FIRST AWARD – two scholarships of EUR 1,000, each for the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Undergraduate Program at CAI
SECOND AWARD – Induction System from MENU SYSTEM worth BGN 6000!
The competition will take place in the innovative kitchens of CAI (see here), the organisers will provide the products, and there is no participation fee.
Deadline for the submission of participation applications – 27.11.2015. Please view the attached files for more details concerning the event. We will be happy to welcome you and your graduates, who will have the chance to compete in the First Sustainable Cooking Competition in Bulgaria.
Jury
Kris Zysk
Currently, Chef Kris Zysk is a Co-Founder and a Program Director of Culinary Arts Institute at Varna University of Management. He teaches at the Institute and helps the students master the skills that are required in some of the finest restaurants in the world. He has worked in some of the best restaurants worldwide – in Poland, UK, Germany, Thailand, Iceland, Bulgaria and Belgium.
Inna Georgieva
Owner and manager of a leading regional online media Moreto.net – a website about Varna. Her education is in the field of “Administration and Management”. She is in love with the sea capital and outside it: a brave experimenter in the kitchen and garden, with respect to nutrition.
