Our first “Open Doors Day” was held on 27.02.2016 at Culinary Arts Institute – part of Varna University of Management.

We had the pleasure to meet future young Chefs from several Bulgarian cities. The signed participants came from different parts of Bulgaria – Bourgas, Dobrich, Ruse, Sliven, Pleven and others.

Our professional team showed them around VUM`s campus at Varna – together we visited class rooms, part of the dormitory, the conference hall and of course, the cooking facilities, which we will use from September 2016.
We talked about Erasmus + Program, which will give a chance to the future students to gain work experience abroad in a Michelin star restaurants, we talked trough the future culinary programs, as well the application steps.

Under the mentoring of our Chefs, the future students created the following recipe:

– Potato pure
– Nettle pure
– Sous vide chicken fillet
– 63.5 degrees C° poached egg
– Mustard leaves
– Brown Fennel
– Black olives powder
– Cauliflower puree
– Hollandaise sauce
