Event for 700 VIP French guests: rabbit, truffles, deer, “lollipops” of goose liver foie gras, garash cake… More numbers in short: 10 head chefs, 70 chefs, 35 head waiters, 40 waiters and bartenders. 50 artists and performance. 2560 plates to be served.
