Chef Jordi is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Mexico City and has a diverse experience as a Catering Chef/Chef Consultant/Pastry and Bakery Chef/Chef Cook/ Chef Instructor of various Culinary Academies, Restaurants and Hotels worldwide.
