Students visit businesses with good practices in Varna
Within the module of International Food and Beverage Management, students from the programme of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Hotel Management visited a number of coastal sites – examples of good practices in the field of entrepreneurship with interesting and successful concepts. Together with their lecturers Assist. Irina Petkova and Dr. Boryana Umnikova, the students discussed the long-standing concept and sustainable approach to managing the beach bar CUBO, successful practices in organizing and managing the restaurant El Kapan, as well as Ishtach’s innovative idea of attitude in preparation and serving food at CUBO Ribarski.
