We were delighted to welcome students from the Varna Tourism High School, who had the opportunity to explore the art of modern gastronomy through a special culinary demonstration led by Chef Kaloyan Kolev. The event took place in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) and provided a wonderful opportunity for students to learn new culinary techniques and expand their knowledge in the field of gastronomy.
Chef Kaloyan Kolev, both a lecturer and a professional with extensive experience, demonstrated innovative methods of food preparation that combine traditional and contemporary approaches in cooking. The students had the chance to learn not only recipes and techniques but also the professionalism and passion behind every culinary process.
During the demonstration, participants received advice on the importance of high-quality ingredients, creativity in the kitchen, and the attention to detail required to create perfect dishes.
