CAI Students Welcomed the New Erasmus+ Students

A few days ago, Varna University of Management had the pleasure of welcoming the newly arrived Erasmus+ students. To mark the occasion, a special cocktail event was organized, prepared with the help of the students from Culinary Arts Institute.
The second-year students showcased their culinary skills by designing a carefully curated menu that impressed guests with its creativity and flavors. Meanwhile, the first-year students took charge of the service, ensuring a professional presentation of the dishes and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. This event not only allowed the new students to feel at home but also provided CAI participants with a valuable opportunity to apply their skills in a real-world setting.
At the Culinary Arts Institute, students regularly have the opportunity to participate in various events that help them gain hands-on experience, refine their skills, and build confidence in the dynamic world of culinary arts. These initiatives prepare them for their future careers while also fostering connections with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, creating new relationships and professional networks.
Events like this are an essential part of CAI’s philosophy—offering practical training that shapes the next generation of successful professionals in the culinary industry.
