Culinary Arts Institute at the “I Choose to Study in Bulgaria” Exhibition

On March 15, 2025, Culinary Arts Institute participated in the “I Choose to Study in Bulgaria” exhibition – a national initiative aimed at promoting higher education opportunities in the country. The event provided students and prospective university applicants with valuable insights into leading universities and specialized programs that offer promising career prospects.
As part of the exhibition program, students from the Culinary Arts Institute showcased their knowledge and practical skills through an exclusive culinary demonstration. Two second-year students from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts program presented their signature dishes, leaving a lasting impression on the attendees.
Dimitar prepared beef tataki, accompanied by a fresh salad featuring green apple, mushrooms, shallots, ginger, red peppers, and ponzu dressing. The dish stood out with its precise cooking technique and well-balanced flavors.
Maria presented mango and rosé mousse, a refined dessert with a light, airy texture and a harmonious blend of fruity and wine-infused aromas.
This demonstration highlighted the high level of training at the Culinary Arts Institute, offering prospective students a glimpse into the creative and hands-on approach applied in culinary education.
