А visit as а part of the course “Innovation and Creativity in Hospitality and Culinary Arts”

Students from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Hospitality and Culinary Arts programmes at the Culinary Arts Institute part of Varna University of Management visited Pikant Trade, a leading meat products factory in Varna.
The visit took place as part of the course “Innovation and Creativity in Hospitality and Culinary Arts”, where students had the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and trends in the food industry.
The lecture focused on developing new and creative products, their commercialization, and bringing them to market – from the initial idea to full realization. It was delivered by Eng. Alexander Djukev and Eng. Teodora Dimova, the company’s Production Director. Their experience and inspiring approach to innovation and creativity in food production made a strong impression on all attendees.
Students explored the production facilities with great interest, observing firsthand the processes that ensure the high quality of the products.
