Her career starts from her own kitchen at home, where she prepared cakes for the birthday parties of her friends. Now she is a famous Pastry Chef, Sugar work expert and a Managing Director of her own business. With the help of her confectionary business – My café | by Ani Boland, she becomes part of the sweetest moments of thousands of people.
One of her great achievements is the gold medal and the title “Pastry Chef of Bulgaria” at the National Culinary Cup in 2016. She had also juried various culinary contests and events on a regional and national level.
