Our first-year students at the Culinary Arts Institute invite you to a vibrant Mexican Dinner full of bold flavours, authentic spices, and colourful dishes!

This time, the dinner will be guided by CAI Ambassador Robin Villarreal, the chef who brings true Mexican culinary soul into CAI.
