Discover the world of the culinary arts at the upcoming Open Day at Culinary Arts Institute, part of Varna University of Management.

The event will be held on March, 11th at 10:00 am and is free of charge.

The programme of the event includes culinary demonstration by CAI Director and Head Chef Instructor Hugues Boutin with the help of our current students. You will have the chance to take a close look at the state-of-the-art kitchen of the Culinary Arts Institute and the Training restaurant. All guests will get additional information about the culinary programmes, offered by VUM, the career development in the world of the high-end restaurants, the opportunities for scholarships, application procedures, and also the modules and methods of education.
