CAI Open Day at METRO Academy

We are happy to share that the past edition of the Open Day at Culinary Arts Institute generated tremendous interest.

And since we receive numerous inquiries from all over Bulgaria, we decided to organize “Open Doors on Wheels”. Co-host of the event will be our incredible partners from “METRO Academy”, who on April 26th will welcome us at their professional premises in Sofia.

Our CAI Director and Head Chef Instructor Hugues Boutin will delight the attendees with culinary demonstrations with Bulgarian products from METRO, and students will talk about their incredible experiences both in the training process and during the summer internships they hold in high-end restaurants, including Michelin-starred ones. Of course, we will also answer all your questions related to the educational programmes, the application steps and the advantages of studying at VUM.

To make it convenient for everyone who wants to attend the event, we will make two editions. Participation is completely free, but prior registration is required at the following links:
