Students from “Asen Zlatarov” Secondary School – Shabla visited the Culinary Arts Institute and took part in a special pasta class
On November 11, the kitchen of the Culinary Arts Institute at Varna University of Management turned into a space filled with inspiration, creativity, and collaboration. The institute welcomed students from “Asen Zlatarov” Secondary School in the town of Shabla, who showed strong interest in the professional environment and the opportunities that culinary education offers.
During their visit, the students actively participated in a specialized pasta class. Under the guidance of Chef Instructor Kaloyan Kolev, they had the chance to prepare three types of pasta: classic gnocchi, beetroot gnocchi, and handmade farfalle with spinach in dough, all carefully shaped by hand. The finished dishes were served with an aromatic tomato sauce and Parmesan – a combination that offered the participants a true gourmet experience.
The students demonstrated an impressive level of engagement and eagerness to learn new techniques, while the atmosphere in the kitchen was filled with curiosity, good spirits, and professionalism.
