Library: Rich Book Collections of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts Institute provides library collections in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts history, management, recipe books, encyclopedias and much more. The presence of culinary “Bibles” enables any CAI student to be closer to the culinary world in order to gain new skills and to improve knowledge.

The shelves of the library are inhabited by masterpieces written by the famous Chefs, as well as the educational books of well-known culinary academies of the world.
