Chef Puri has a PhD of Philosophy in Tourism and Hotel Management.

Career:
My jobs are:

– Director of Culinary Arts and Technology Program at Rangsit University.
– Advisor of Bakery project from cassava flour at Cassava and Starch Technology Research Unit.
– Chef Consultant for Restaurant and Bakery Project.
– Owner of “Cooking Show Academy” at Bangkok.
– Author of fusion Thai dessert book.

Achievements: Learning is a lifelong journey. To be successful, Chef must learn and open new things.

Hobbies & free time: I spend my time in learning new things, such as I take class with MOF Chefs. And do a Ph.D. thesis. I am planning for the Paul Bocuse class in Lyon for next year.

Future of CAI: Thank you for inviting me to become a part of CAI. In the future, we can make a project in student internships or Thai cuisine course in Thailand.
