Our new students in the garden!

The time has come for our students to get acquainted with our garden and the secret benefits of it! We, at the Culinary Arts Institute, always put quality on first place and believe that the food origin is of fundamental importance to good culinary performance, This is why we grow our fruits and vegetables in a garden outside the city of Varna, where the air is cleaner and fresher.

Last Friday, we all went to the garden to see from where we get our products. Students had the opportunity to see fruits and vegetables in their rawest state and to feel the life and dynamic of the garden. Our gardener answered all their questions and even let them help him with his work. After all, the best teacher is practice itself!
