Fundamentals of pastry – January 2017

We would like to invite to take a part in Pastry course for the beginner. Organized in Culinary Arts Institute.
Chef Eduardo Cortes- a true leader and educator. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Academie D’Art Culinaire de Paris, the most prestigious culinary school in the world. Chef Eduardo has over 15 years of solid Pastry and Baking background, from running the restaurant in Scotland to hosting own TV show in Mexico.
Currently, Chef Eduardo is an Instructor in La Fundación Basque Culinary Center. The iconic culinary school located in Spain- San Sebastian.
