The Molecular and Modern Gastronomy Classes are over. Five participants in 5-days course, have shared their emotions before they leave. Each of them were happy to make part of this course and have gained new skills in molecular cooking by having theoretical and practical lessons from Culinary Arts Institute Chefs. All participants made their wish to come back for new courses and to be a part of CAI.
