The representatives of two academies – Pastry Club Bulgaria and Culinary Arts Institute, Chef Radi Stambolov and Culinary Arts Institute were have united today!
The 1st day of Pastry Master Class has started from the nice and informative presentation from Chef Radi Stambolov. It was about the chocolate, and with detailed explanation of cacao tree, its history and many more. After the presentation, the Chef made a demonstration on making truffles and bon bons after which all the participants made their own sweets. The guests participating in the Master Class enjoyed their choco day and have gained new skills and knowledge in culinary arts.
