Cai Open Day – Great Cooking Demo and Many Interested in CAI Culinary Programmes

Another great event at Culinary Arts Institute at VUM took place on 24th of March. The Open Day started with informative presentation by our Head of Admission Pavel Yordanov on all important topics related to Culinary Arts Institute, the programmes offered, the application requirements and the options for scholarships and internships.

More than 65 people attended and enjoyed the professional cooking demo after the presentation by our Chef Instructors Kaloyan Kolev i Vasil Yakimov and their students. The topic of the event was Game Dish, which the guest had the pleasure to taste.

Varna University of Management (VUM) offers Bachelor’s degree programmes under the business name Culinary Arts Institute – Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (Professional Bachelor Degree) and Hospitality and Culinary Arts (Academic Bachelor Degree).

All of the programmes, offered by VUM are accredited by the National Evaluation Agency (Bulgaria).
