11th National Culinary Cup of Bulgaria 2018

Current Students and Chef Instructors from Culinary Arts Institute at Varna University of Management will compete at the 11th National Culinary Cup Bulgaria 2018 hosted by Bulgarian Association Of Professional Chefs. The competition will be held at International Fair Plovdiv from April 19 to April 20, 2018.

The National Culinary Cup of Bulgaria is the only culinary event in the country, where the best chefs can compete. Within the event, all pre-registered and approved contenders will be challenged in exciting disciplines as “Best Culinary Team of Bulgaria”, “Best Bulgarian Chef”, “Best Bulgarian Confectioner”, “Best Bulgarian Pizza” etc.

Our Culinary Team will be led by Jr. Chef Instructor Kaloyan Kolev, together with Andrea Cecilia Chiang from Dominican Republic and  Daniel Dvoynin from Ireland and as indvidual player will compete our Chef Instructor Vasil Yakimov.

The Admission team of Culinary Arts Institute at Varna University of Management will also be there to answer all the questions of those who are interested in our culinary programmes and education.
