It is with great pleasure and pride that we announce our third-year students at the Culinary Arts Institute, Diana Markova and Vasil Alexandrov, have won first place at the prestigious Grifid Hotels culinary competition – Grifid Chefs!

In this year’s culinary battle, held under the expert guidance of Chef Petar Yorgov, our talented students showcased exceptional culinary skills and creativity. They were challenged to create unique dishes using key ingredients while freely selecting complementary elements. The result of their efforts was an impressive array of dishes that combined authenticity and innovation.

Diana and Vasil not only demonstrated their technical skills but also their creative approach to cooking. Each dish was a true work of art – from the visual presentation to the flavor combinations. The jury was impressed by their creativity and precision, and their dishes proved that education at our institute prepares future culinary masters for the challenges of the industry.
