VUM Demonstration at the Tourism High School in Varna
Last week, Varna University of Management (VUM) hosted an inspiring culinary demonstration at the Tourism High School in Varna. The event was led by renowned Chef Kaloyan Kolev, accompanied by VUM’s talented students Boris, Petar, and Presiyana from the Culinary Arts programs.
The demonstration focused on the art of chocolate craftsmanship. The high school students had the opportunity to learn professional techniques for working with chocolate, including tempering, shaping bonbons, and applying creative decorations. Chef Kolev and the students showcased not only precision but also a genuine passion for the culinary profession, inspiring the young attendees to pursue their own skill development.
The event received great interest and high praise from the students, who shared that they gained valuable knowledge and motivation for their future endeavors in the culinary field.
