We take great pride in sharing the story of Chef Dimitar Paskov, a distinguished alumnus of Varna University of Management (VUM) and Culinary Arts Institute (CAI). Today, he is a co-organizer and lecturer at one of the most significant gastronomic events of the year – Gourmet Fest Varna.

Chef Paskov’s passion for the culinary arts emerged at an early age, leading him to pursue formal education at VUM and CAI, where he acquired not only a strong theoretical foundation but also invaluable practical experience. His training included intensive practical modules, participation in international internships, and work in world-class restaurants. Upon completing his studies, Chef Paskov had already accumulated seven years of professional experience, working in prestigious restaurants in Bulgaria as well as some of Europe’s most renowned Michelin-starred establishments.
