On February 8-9, the Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) had the honor of being part of the prestigious “Evolution of Taste” 2025 forum at the Cultural Center Stara Zagora. This significant event brought together leading professionals, ambitious young talents, and culinary enthusiasts, offering a unique opportunity for knowledge exchange, inspiration, and networking.

Three first-year students from CAI, together with the Program Director and Head Chef Instructor Hugues Boutin, represented our university in an outstanding way. Their live demonstration on Saturday captured the audience’s attention and left a lasting impression. The two creative dishes they presented sparked great interest among both professionals and food lovers, showcasing not only technique and precision but also creativity, a modern approach, and a deep understanding of flavors.

Participation in such a forum is a valuable opportunity for both our students and CAI. They had the chance to connect with key industry professionals, which could be instrumental in their future careers. Inspired by their interactions with top culinary experts, they returned with fresh ideas and insights that will enrich their skills and better prepare them for the professional world.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the organizers of “Evolution of Taste” for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of such an important culinary event. We take great pride in representing the Culinary Arts Institute once again at a forum of this scale, proving that our students are among the most promising young talents in the culinary world.

Due to the high interest in the recipes showcased during the demonstration, they will be published soon. For now, we share moments from the stage where our students demonstrated their knowledge, skills, and passion for the culinary arts.
